Central Outreach & Advocacy Center

Supportive Services

Masks are now optional when indoors, as we continue to practice social distancing, and sanitizing surfaces between guests. Our current schedule is as follows:

Services:

Monday – Thursday, 9:00am – 12:30pm

  • Identification, birth certificates, and Social Security cards (We recommend arriving around 7-7:30am to ensure you are able to receive services.)
  • Homeless verification letters, TB test referrals (These can be done at the door and do not require you to see a case manager.)
  • Food stamp and Medicaid applications and renewals
  • Mercy Care (every Tuesday)
  • SSI/SSDI applications (every Wednesday)
  • Veteran Team (every 3rd Monday of each month)
  • Empowerment Resource Center (every Thursday)

Main Frame Program:

Every Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Specialty Monthly Workshops every 1st & 3rd Wednesday at 10:00 AM

The Main Frame Program, under the leadership of our Employment Specialist, Sonja Hodges, assists those experiencing homelessness with resume building, computer literacy, job searching, financial literacy, and much more.

Main Frame Job Readiness ProgramEvery Tuesday and Thursday (Resume, Job Search, Lab Usage, etc.) 1st and 3rd Wednesdays (Unique Workshops)Some form of ID is needed to apply for Jobs.
